When Can I Book?

Your Earliest Booking Time (or EBT) is your first chance to book your stateroom. We spread them out over several days to provide you the best possible guest service experience during the booking process. It’s our way of saying “Tuesday at 2:45pm” or “Wednesday at 11:00am.”

I SAILED IN 2023...

Sail Across the Sun 2023 Alumni will be given the first chance to book!

This group will be automatically assigned and emailed an EBT on Tuesday, March 12th, and be able to book as early as Thursday, March 21st. EBTs are assigned in order, sorted by most times on Sail Across the Sun, then by order of booking last time. Note that EBTs will be spread throughout several days so that we may provide you the best possible guest service experience as you make your reservation.

I'VE SAILED ON PAST SAIL ACROSS THE SUN CRUISES, BUT MISSED OUT ON 2023... 

Alumni that missed Sail Across the Sun 2023 will be given a chance to book next.

This group must join the pre-sale by 11:59pm on Monday, March 25th and booking order is determined by number of SATS sailings, number of Sixthman events, and most recent year on SATS. This group will receive their EBT via email on Tuesday, March 26th and will be able to book as early as Wednesday, March 27th.

I'VE NEVER SAILED ON SAIL ACROSS THE SUN...

New SATS guests who join the pre-sale are the final group to be included.

This group will be assigned early booking times in the order that they sign up for the pre-sale. You must sign up for the pre-sale by 11:59pm on Monday, March 25th to be included in the first round of the pre-sale and will be emailed an early booking time on Tuesday, March 26th. You will be able to book as early as Wednesday, March 27th. Note that there will be multiple groups of new guests - those who sign up before the initial deadline and then those who sign up after. The ones who miss the initial deadline will receive their EBT on Thursday, March 28th and be able to book on Friday, March 29th.

Once the pre-sale ends at 2:00pm on Friday, March 29th, the general public will have a chance to book as availability allows.
